Passages for Reflection on LEYM’s Annual Query – 2012
From the LEYM Ministry & Nurture Committee
Friends will have the opportunity to discuss the annual query and these reflections on it on Friday, January 25, at 7:15 in the Meetingroom. Gather in the Fellowship Room at 6:00 for supper; Ministry and Counsel will provide lentil soup and beverages; attenders are asked to bring a salad, side dish, or dessert. Childcare provided. See Announcements for more details.
The Query
Has our Meeting sought the guidance of the Spirit about the future life of our Meeting?
What changes do we need to consider? Do we regard children and youth as being integral to the spiritual life of the Meeting? How may we offer support to families in our Meeting?
How might we, as a Meeting, use a process of discernment to find a path into the next couple of decades?
