This Month at JAG
JAG meets on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Continuing on the ‘A Quaker Call to Action!‘, JAG has published Our Witness detailing our Convictions, Commitments, and Actions.
We request Friends to support the Restorative Justice Program recently adopted by the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office and the Dispute Resolution Center (DRC). Individual members of JAG have agreed to donate a total of $1500 to the DRC in support of this new program. We challenge other members and attenders of the Meeting to join us in this support. Friends can do so by donating generously between now and the end of the year to the DRC.
TO MAKE A DONATION:
Online: https://thedisputeresolutioncenter.org/ Check “This is an honor or memorial gift” and enter “AAFM-JAG Challenge” as the honoree.
Mail: The Dispute Resolution Center, 4133 Washtenaw Avenue, Suite B125, P.O. Box 8645, Ann Arbor MI 48107-8645 Write “AAFM-JAG Challenge” in the check memo line.
Phone: Call 734-794-2125. Tell the person that you speak to that this is for the “AAFM-JAG challenge.”
JAG members would be glad to discuss this program or our challenge with any Friends who want more information about it. We also encourage Friends who are interested to take the DRC training and become part of the Restorative Justice program as volunteers.
