Readings for Reflection: March 2010
from the Committee on Ministry and Counsel

The following essay first appeared in Sojourners Magazine in 1982 (Vol. 11, no. 6, pp. 3-4). It was reprinted as a tri-fold flier by Friends World Committee for Consultation (FWCC) in 1993, and again in 2006 in honor of the 70th anniversary of the Wider Quaker Fellowship. The author, Joe Roos, was cofounder of Sojourners Magazine and Sojourners Community. In 2009 he was installed as lead pastor at the Pasadena (California) Mennonite Church.
